How can I register for an event?

The best way to do this is directly through the website.

When you are logged in you can add any event to your shopping cart. The ordering process works just like in other online shops. You will receive an order confirmation right after your registration. You can view further information or seminar documents directly in your account area.

Is it possible to participate without pre-registration?

To ensure a smooth process, we ask for registration before directly on the website, by email or phone. Webinars can only be booked via the website.

I bought a webinar, how can I watch it?

Here you will find detailed instructions on how to get to your purchased online continuing education.

I have a voucher - how do I redeem it?

Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field in the last step of the order process.

Attention - do not forget to confirm the entry by clicking on the arrow. The voucher amount will then be taken into account in the total amount in the shopping cart.

I would like to cancel. What should I bear in mind?

The cancellation of face-to-face seminars must be made in writing (by email or fax). In your account area you will find all the information on how to contact us in the event of a cancellation.

The following cancellation fees are valid at the Biogena Academy:

  • Up to 15 days before the start of the seminar: no cancellation fee

  • 14-1 day(s) before the start of the seminar: 50% of the seminar fee, min. EUR 20, -

  • On the day of the seminar and in case of no-show: 100 % of the seminar fee

  • Webinars cannot be cancelled free of charge

In case of cancellation, Biogena Academy is not liable for accommodation, flights, trains, etc. already booked by the participant. This also applies to cancellations on the part of the Biogena Academy.

How do I get my MicronutrientCoach® certificate?

This will be sent to you immediately by mail after you have passed the exam.

Who counts as a specialist audience?

We count people with a completed education in the health sector to the professional audience. If you are unsure whether you can register for our professional events, please feel free to contact us! 

Invoicing for chargeable events

The invoice will be sent before the start of the seminar by mail to the address with which you are registered in our system. If you have a different address, please inform us at least 10 days before the start of the seminar. If you do not find the invoice in your mailbox before the seminar starts, we ask you to attend our seminar and pay it later. Cash payment on site is only possible at our club events.
